Sweaty Soul is a boutique gym in Edgecliff built around strength, fitness, coaching and real community. We’re here for people who want to train properly, feel supported and build consistency without the pressure of a big commercial gym.

The meaning behind the name
Sweaty Soul has always been about more than a workout.
The “sweaty” part is simple. It’s the effort, the movement, the training and the work you put in every time you show up.
The “soul” is what sits behind it. The confidence you build. The people you train beside. The mental lift after a hard session. The feeling of being part of something that supports you, not just pushes you.
