Our group fitness classes combine strength, conditioning and functional movement in a format that keeps you moving, challenged and supported.

Each class is designed to help you build strength, improve fitness and feel more confident in the way you train. You’ll be guided by a coach, shown how each movement works and encouraged to train at a level that suits you.

No guessing. No standing around unsure. Just clear coaching, good energy and a solid session.

 

What to Expect

 
 

1. COME PREPARED

Bring a towel, water bottle and comfortable training gear. Everything else will be explained when you arrive.

 
 

2. ARRIVE EARLY

If it’s your first class, arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around, introduce your instructor and help you settle in before class starts.

 
 

3. LEARN THE FLOW

Every class starts with a coach-led walkthrough, where we demonstrate the exercises, explain the format and show you how the session will run. From there, we move into a group warm-up before splitting into training groups and getting to work.

 
 

4. Train With Energy

Once the session starts, expect music, coaching and a room that keeps you moving, focused and switched on. Your coach will guide, support and challenge you throughout the workout, helping you train safely and get the most out of the class.

OUR CLASSES

  • FITHIT is a 45-minute high intensity class combining cardio, strength and a variety of equipment to keep every session different.

    No two classes are the same, so you’re constantly challenged and never stuck in a routine. Designed for all fitness levels, it’s a session that pushes you, gets you moving and leaves you feeling it.

  • Our strength classes are built to help you develop real strength while improving mobility and posture.

    Whether you’re just starting out or already lifting regularly, each session is coached to help you move well, build muscle and feel stronger over time.

  • Saturday Sweat is a full 60-minute session designed to push you and set the tone for your weekend.

    With a mix of exercises and equipment, it’s a chance to train hard, get moving and leave feeling dialled in before you head into the rest of your weekend.

  • Our signature Mat Pilates class is focused on total body movement. Expect a 45-minute full-body session using deep muscle activation to lengthen, strengthen and leave you feeling aligned, energised and in control.

    Blending strength, cardio, breathwork and stretching, with the occasional use of equipment, it’s designed to challenge you while improving how you move and feel.

    Suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or already experienced.
