Our Studio Classes include Sweaty Spin, Soul Boxing, FITHIT & Pilates whilst we host Outdoor Bootcamps, Yoga & Cardio Tennis @ Rushcutters Bay Tennis Centre. Our aim is to improve your fitness levels, leaving you feeling invigorated  and knowing you have dug deep to get the best out of yourself.

Sweaty Spin

Train smart with BodyBike®.

Sweaty Spin is a 45 minute, mixed-intensity class that will tackle some big hills, cruise to recover and sprint to reach those ever achievable goals. 

These classes are tough going throughout, you may feel a little jelly-legged directly afterwards but you will feel invigorated & rewarded for what you have achieved. 

Our creative instructors bring their own unique style, rhythm and presence. They all have vast experience in previous spin programmes and all of our clients with leave with a sweaty smile. 

Fit HIT

Stay fit with high-intensity training.

Fit HIT is a 45 minute functional strength and conditioning class with a powerful high intensity fat sizzling finisher that will leave your body’s metabolism burning for longer.

Our functional resistance training utilises dumbbells, med balls and kettle bells and is designed to build muscle and strength whilst also reducing body fat. All of our instructors are equipped to cater for your specific needs.

Soul Boxing

If you ever have experience boxing, it is one of the best total body work outs you will experience. 

Speed, agility & coordination all topped with a mixed-intensity workout that will allow you to master the basic technique of boxing whilst also getting a full-blown workout including a core finisher targeting the abs & butt.

Power comes from within.

And we promise no knockout blows. 


Please Note: Private or group boxing available if you want to process to light sparring. All under strict supervision. 

Pilates Mat

Pilates for one.

Expect toned abs, butt and thighs plus better posture, flexibility and enhanced performance in the gym.

Pilates mat is a traditional flowing sequence of exercises that target the deep abdominals and core stabilising muscles using your own bodyweight and small props for resistance.

The perfect partner to Boxing, Spin and Fit HIT, this workout is suitable for guys and gals of all fitness levels.
