Darren Ratten

Darren Ratten, or “Rat” as he’s known around the studio, is the Head Instructor, Business Owner and Director of Sweaty Soul.

His approach is built around energy, accountability and getting the best out of every client. No matter your fitness level, Rat will challenge you, support you and help you get stronger, fitter and more confident.

Janis Blums

Janis brings years of coaching experience, a strong sporting background and a clear passion for helping people train properly. His sessions are structured, precise and focused on helping clients build strength, fitness and confidence through smart, well coached movement.

As well as being a professional trainer, Janis is also a firefighter.

Luke Swan

Luke Swan, also known as “Swan” or “Swanny”, is a personal trainer with an elite level GAA background and currently plays AFL in Sydney.

His training philosophy is simple: train with purpose. Luke brings energy, structure and a good dose of personality to his sessions, helping clients build strength, fitness and confidence while enjoying the process.
